A week can fill itself without ever asking what it was for. Before you add more commitments, take twelve quiet minutes to look at the week you actually lived. Begin with gratitude, tell the truth about friction and choose a direction that fits your real life.
THREE MINUTES // NOTICE
Name something that bore fruit. A conversation, a finished piece of work, a moment of prayer, a kept promise or an ordinary act of service all count. Look for what deserves attention rather than only what drew applause.
- Where did I give God my attention?
- Which practice helped me carry my responsibilities?
- Who encouraged me, and who received something useful from my week?
THREE MINUTES // RELEASE
Notice what crowded the important things. Perhaps a commitment no longer fits, a distraction has become automatic or a task lacks a clear boundary. Choose one thing you can simplify, surrender or put down. Avoid turning a review into a list of accusations against yourself.
THREE MINUTES // CHOOSE
Choose one priority for the next seven days. Write it as an action rather than an aspiration: prepare the proposal, have the conversation, complete the next chapter or protect the first ten minutes of the day. Decide where it fits on the calendar and what you need to prepare.
THREE MINUTES // GIVE
Ask who will benefit from the way you spend next week. Choose a practical act of encouragement or service. Make it specific and realistic: a thoughtful message, a shared task, time with a neighbour or a useful contribution to an existing community effort.
KEEP THE REVIEW SMALL
The review should make the next week clearer, not heavier. You can leave a prompt blank, come back later or use a notebook instead of a screen. The point is to notice and respond with attention.
The SIX33 Weekly Reset gives these four reflections a place to live privately on your device. After the review, RULE 6:33 can turn what you learned into daily Seek, Train, Build and Give practices. One clear order. The next faithful move.
